These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website carsummit.org, as well as the provision of consulting, marketing and business strategy services by Car Summit Unipessoal Lda, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of 7 January (Electronic Commerce Act).

Prices are agreed individually for each project and are set out in the commercial proposal. Unless otherwise indicated, amounts are in euros (€) and exclude VAT at the applicable legal rate. Payment conditions (advance, instalment, deadlines) are defined in the proposal.

All content on carsummit.org — texts, images, logos, design and code — is owned by Car Summit Unipessoal Lda or used with appropriate authorisations. Reproduction in whole or in part without prior written consent is prohibited.

Reports, strategies and materials produced within a project are transferred to the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the proposal.

7. Liability

CarSummit Business is committed to providing quality and professional services. However, results depend on multiple external factors (market conditions, client decisions, third parties) and specific results cannot be guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question, as permitted by applicable law.

The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions, although we make every effort to ensure availability.
